Welcome to Viazo (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at www.viazo.es and all associated services. They apply to all users, including travellers who book tours and tour companies and guides who list and operate tours through our platform.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
1. Our Platform
Viazo is a tour management and booking platform that connects travellers with local tour operators and guides. We provide:
- A public marketplace where travellers can browse and book tours
- A guide portal for tour companies and independent guides to manage their schedule, availability, rotas, and tour reports
- A company dashboard for tour operators to manage their team of guides, assign tours, and track earnings
- Tools for processing bookings, payments, and customer communications
Viazo acts as an intermediary between travellers and tour operators. We are not responsible for the conduct of tours, which are operated independently by the listed guides and companies.
2. Tour Company & Guide Accounts
Registration & Approval
Tour companies and guides must register for an account to list tours and access the guide portal. By registering, you confirm that:
- All information provided is accurate, complete, and kept up to date
- You are authorised to act on behalf of the company you register
- You are at least 18 years of age
All new accounts are subject to approval by Viazo before tours can be listed or bookings accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke approval at our discretion.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately at info@viazo.es if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
3. Tour Listings
When creating or managing tour listings on Viazo, you agree that:
- All tour descriptions, pricing, meeting points, and schedules are accurate
- You hold all necessary licences, permits, and insurance required to operate your tours
- Tours meet applicable health and safety standards and legal requirements in the relevant jurisdiction
- You will keep availability, pricing, and tour details current and promptly update any changes
Viazo reviews all new tour listings before they are made publicly visible. We reserve the right to decline, remove, or request changes to any listing that does not meet our standards or these Terms.
4. Guide Portal & Company Dashboard
Approved tour companies and guides have access to tools including:
- Schedule and availability management
- Rota assignment for company guides
- Tour reports and earnings tracking
- Attendee and booking information
- Team and permissions management for company owners
Access to specific features within the guide portal — including earnings data, booking details, and customer contact information — may be controlled by the company owner through the permissions settings. Guides must only access data they have been authorised to view.
You agree to use the portal tools only for their intended purpose and not to attempt to circumvent access controls or access data beyond your authorised permissions.
5. Credits
Viazo operates a credits system used by tour operators to publish and accept bookings on the platform.
- Credits are purchased in advance and deducted as bookings are received on your listed tours
- Credits purchased on Viazo are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash
- Credits may only be used on the Viazo platform
- If your credit balance reaches zero, your tour listings may be suspended until credits are replenished
- Viazo reserves the right to adjust credit pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable
6. Payments & Payouts
Payments from travellers are processed through Stripe. Tour operators and guides receive payouts through their connected Stripe account. By using Viazo's payment features, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- You are responsible for completing Stripe's identity verification (onboarding) before payouts can be made
- Viazo deducts a platform fee from each booking before paying out the remainder to the guide or company
- Payout schedules are governed by Stripe and may vary
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to income received through the platform
7. Tour Bookings (Travellers)
When you book a tour through our website as a traveller:
- You confirm that the information provided during booking is accurate and complete
- You are responsible for reviewing tour details — including schedule, meeting point, price, and requirements — before completing your booking
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, insufficient participants, or guide unavailability), in which case you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative or a full refund
8. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a booked tour, you must do so at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
- Cancellations with at least 12 hours' notice: Full refund or reschedule option
- Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice, or no-shows: No refund

9. Use of Personal Data
We collect and process personal data to operate our platform, including:
- Name and email address (all users)
- Booking details including attendee names and group sizes (travellers)
- Payment information processed securely via Stripe (tour operators)
- Business information including company name, contact details, and guide data (tour companies)
This information is used to provide and improve our services, process payments, send booking confirmations, and comply with legal obligations.
We will not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (such as Stripe and Resend) only to the extent necessary to operate the platform. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. User Responsibilities
By using our site and services, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services
- Access or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to use
- Reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the platform without our express written permission
11. Limitation of Liability
Viazo is a platform provider and is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or omissions of tour operators or guides. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or accuracy of tours listed on the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viazo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury sustained during a tour.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if activity on the account poses a risk to other users or the platform, or for any other reason at our discretion. Suspended accounts will be notified where possible.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
