2. Tour Booking

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel a booked tour, you must do so at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

• Cancellations made with at least 12 hours' notice: Full refund or reschedule option
• Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice or no-shows: No refund

4. Credits

Viazo operates a credits system used by tour guides to publish and accept bookings on the platform.

• Credits purchased on Viazo are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Credits may only be used for tour bookings on the Viazo platform and have no cash value.
• Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
• Viazo reserves the right to adjust the credit value or pricing at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our site and services, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our website
